Tour Description
Join us on our 6 hour tour to Mount Tamborine in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Our comfortable vehicle will transport you to this picturesque region and some off-the-beaten-track locations while you listen to the informative commentary from your driver guide.
We will head to the spectacular Curtis Falls, reached by a fully guided Rainforest Walk.
Travel through the Eucalyptus Forests to reach spectacular views over the Gold Coast.
Head to the Tamborine Mountain Winery where we stop for a delicious Morning Tea (own expense), Scones, Jam & Cream with tea or coffee are the order of the day! Of course, you can enjoy a wine tasting at one of Queensland’s Top Wine Cellars!
Mount Tamborine is home to the iconic Gallery Walk where over 60 Art, Craft, Gift and Knick-Knack shops line the street. Enjoy some time exploring the range on offer for all kinds of budgets.
After Lunch (own expense) we visit the Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk, an amazing 1.5 kilometre engineering feat. Made of up sections of forest floor trails, elevated high-tech steel bridges/walkways throguh the sub-tropical rainforest canopy, and an amazing 40 metre cantilever bridge that soars above the creek and rainfrest below, the Skywalk is a 'must-do' on any visit to Mt Tamborine.
Throughout your day you'll see some special views, so don't forget your camera! Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for some of the native wildlife that you can spot along the way. It's not unusual to see kangaroos, wallabies and koalas.
