Tour Description
We offer seat-in-coach transfers from Cairns Airport at scheduled times.
When travelling from the airport, allowing for moderate traffic levels and good weather, typical travelling times are as follows;
1.5hrs to Port Douglas
Early morning or late evening trips to Port Douglas may occassionaly proceed via Cairns City. Traffic is minimal at these times and discounting daytime congestion means that the trip is usually about the same duration as the day-time direct services.
Airport statistics show that the first bags arrive at baggage carousels anywhere between 11 minutes and one hour after aircraft arrival. To this end, please select a transfer time that takes disembarkation proceedurs into account, and also provide your flight number and scehduled flight arrival time in your booking.
The transfer provider may confirm a different departure time based your analysis of your flight details and best estimates of 'Ready To Depart' times. However, please note that it is ultimately the passengers responsibility to ensure that the transfer times are appropriate.
An Airport Concierge or your driver will be waiting for you at your baggage carousel in the Domsetic Airport, or the Arrivals Hall in the International Airport.
The transfer vehicle will depart at the scheduled time. Passengers who are late will be assigned to the next available service, and any applicable refunds or no-show fees will be assessed depending on circumstances.
