Pickup/departure instructions:
The tours depart from Marine Pde, Labrador, northern boat ramp, in front of the Grand Hotel. We also offer courtesy Hotel pick up from Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach hotels. Please be sure to pre-request your transfer, and be out the front of your hotel at 6:50am for a 7:00am pick up.
Duration:
With hotel pick 5 hours. Own Transport 4 hours.
Approximate Return Time:
12:00pm to Surfers Paradise Hotels or 11:00am to The Grand Hotel.

Tour Description

Hotel pick up and return from Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. The tour departs from the boat ramp opposite the Grand Hotel in Labrador 10 minutes north of Surfers Paradise. Take in the beautiful scenery and get ready to kayak your way around exploring the deserted islands and surrounding areas of the Broadwater. Kayak to Wavebreak Island and enjoy a light breakfast on the beach while watching out for the local dolphins to pass on by.

Snorkel with hundreds of sub-tropical fish right of the beach and try and try find Dory. Snorkel gear and life jackets provided.

Then kayak over to South Stradbroke Island which takes no more then 15 minutes. Bush walk through the island looking for wallabies and goannas, and arrive at one of the best surfing beaches in the world.

Tours are guided and all kayaking and snorkelling safety briefing and instruction will be given before all tours. You will also learn about the history of the areas you kayak around.Half Day Dolphin & Straddie Tour
