All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
